We offer dozens of opportunities to network, job hunt, and develop skill sets outside of the academic curriculum. This includes:

Career Fair - Our ISyE focused career fair is typically held in McCamish Pavilion with 70+ companies across many industries. We frequently host companies like Accenture, Amazon Robotics, Coca-Cola, Chick-Fil-A, and Emory Healthcare.
Information Sessions - We typically host 15+ companies in the fall semester alone. These events are ideal for connecting with employers and learning more in-depth about a company. See our events page for upcoming info sessions.

Academic

Georgia Tech engineering is hard. We’re here to help. Here are resources we provide:

FREE Tutoring - Many of the ISyE major classes have tutors available weekday evenings.
Technical Workshops - We offer Lean and Six Sigma Certification at a heavily discounted rate to our member. We also offer skill training in Tableau, Excel VBA, and more.
How to Ace Your Exams Workshops
Scholarships - We offer five $1,000 scholarships every Spring semester. Follow us on Instagram to stay up to date!

Social

We’re not only here for support, we’re also here for a good time! Our social events include:

Spring Picnic - One of our LARGEST events of the semester. It’s a free event for all students. There’s Chick-fil-a, King of Pops, sometimes pie-ing of professors, sometimes dunk tank-ing professors. Depends on our mood.
Whats the Scoop Ice Cream Social - Come to learn about what it means to be an ISyE major in a casual setting and over a sundae.

How often do members meet?

We hold a general body meeting once a semester. Outside of this meeting, your level of commitment is entirely up to you!

Who is IISE?

IISE is a national organization for Industrial and Systems Engineers. We are a university chapter of this organization. Check out the national IISE website for more information.

How do I become a member?

How can I get more involved?

Join the executive board! Our student-led board has 20+ members that make all of our events possible. It’s an excellent way to develop leadership skills and give back to the ISyE community. We send out applications for board beginning of Spring semester.

What does membership cost?

Only $39! This amount is set by the National IISE.
