Each fall, 40+ companies and 400+ students from across campus attend this event to connect on roles across a wide range of functions. Most employers recruit across all engineering majors, with opportunities in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Operations, Finance, Optimization, Simulation, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Technology, Manufacturing, and more.

IISE Members Only - Early Access (9:00AM - 9:45 AM)
The first 45 mins of the career fair are reserved exclusively for IISE members, giving members shorter lines and a more meaningful recruiting experience. IISE members also gain access to company info sessions, professional workshops, and exclusive coffee chats throughout the year.
