Info Session Application


What does an info session look like?

Info sessions are held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 - 8:00 PM or from 11:30 AM - 1 PM. We are offering Info Sessions from September 5th to November 16th. Each slot is 90 minutes and can be structured in any way that works for your company. Most info sessions start with a 30-60 min presentation followed by time for networking. Interactive and more creative information sessions are always encouraged! 

Typical Format for a Virtual Information Session:

We typically have a 30-60 minute information session followed by time for networking.  During this networking time, we can either do breakout sessions (grouped by roles students are interested in, majors, year, etc) or we can have a general Q&A where students can learn from each other’s questions.

Above is how we normally do information sessions; however, we are open to running the session in whatever way works best for your company and your recruiting goals.

Pricing options:

  • Standard Online Information Session ($275)
    This is the standard information session option. This price is discounted from our standard in-person pricing.

  • ISYE Partner Online Info Session ($0)

Typical Format for an In-Person Information Session

An in-person information session typically starts with a 30-60 minute information session followed by time for networking. If desired, IISE can provide refreshments and a catering service for the event as a means of incentivizing students to attend and enjoy a socially distanced networking time with recruiters. 

Pricing options:

  • Standard In-Person Information Session ($375 without catering/ $425 with catering):
    This is the standard in-person information session format with an optional catering service for an additional $50 to the standard $375 price.

How do I sign up?  To apply for an information session, first select three available date preferences. Available dates are those not marked with an existing event in the calendar below. Complete the application at “Go to Application” below and list your top three preferred dates when prompted.  Please fill out the rest of the form as completely as you are able. The more specific you are with the details in the marketing sections of this form, the better we are able to promote your information session.

The deadline for applications is 3-4 weeks before your desired date. If you can fill out the form for your event by August 18th we will be featuring your event on a calendar we hand out to our members at the beginning of the year of all the info sessions!

Heads up — Application progress cannot be saved. Be prepared to complete the form entirely once you start it.
